This collection of presets for the core library in Superior Drummer was designed to showcase the incredible acoustics of the main recording room at the renowned Avatar Studios in New York City. This recording facility has been home to chart-topping artists for decades and is especially known for bringing out amazing, natural and reverberant sonic qualities in drum recordings. “The room is tailor-made for drum recording. It’s large, it’s ambient, it’s punchy, it sounds fantastic. We really captured all of the things this room has to offer”, says Grammy Award-winning producer Neil Dorfsman (Bruce Springsteen, Dire Straits, Kiss) who engineered the recording.
