Arsenal brings you the surprisingly rich and musical sounds of an array of metal objects. Chosen for their unique sonic qualities, a selection of pipes, tubes and blades have been played with bows, sticks, hands and mouth, to capture and extract their inherent musical essence. Arsenal’s instruments were created with ostensibly non-musical, ordinary objects: sink drains, shower metal tubes, saw blades, post holders, pipe elbows, glass shades, and much more. But in fact, all these objects are inherently musical, and approached in the right way, reveal a unique treasury of unexpected sounds. All this makes Arsenal an inspiring musical toolbox for exploring new colors, new rhythms and new textures. The palette of out of the ordinary sounds includes space guitars, funky drums and percussion, unorthodox basses, dark, haunting sound effects, crystalline bells, strange metallic sounds, ethereal pads, keys and more.

Arsenal also includes a Chromatic Celesta Tube, the sound of which is reminiscent of tubular bells, and the Microtonal Celesta Tube which features an unusual glissando sound.
