Berlin Drum Machines’ is an all new source of analogue and analogue style drum hits and loops created using boutique hardware machines, minimal, classic and unique. The perfect way to introduce some real electronic drums to your production, whether it be Minimal Techno, Downtempo Beats or Hip Hop. A project conceived in Berlin and completed in Brighton over 6 months, an entire building blocks system has been created, allowing you to create original, developing patterns by simply linking together any of the 400+ WAV drum loops, 400+ REX2 drum loops or alternatively load up any of the 115 brand new drum & percussion one-shots.

‘Berlin Drum Machines’ is the ideal introduction to classic and vintage style electronic drums ready for modern production. Ready to be manipulated in multiple ways such as one-shots, playable loop instruments, drum kits, samplers and 16 pad beat machines. Formats for Kontakt, Maschine and Reason Kong, NN-XT & Dr Octo Rex allow you get started and experiment in a quick but powerful way.

Drum WAV One Shots & Loops:
Five different drum machines used to craft 115 WAV drum one-shots. Three of these drum machine sound sets have been used to create 420 unique WAV drum loops, including 1 bar beats, 1 bar fills, 1 bar solo stems, 2 bar FX stems and 4 bar bonus loops.

Maschine & Kong Kits:
All 5 drum machines, ambient machine, clean machine, fat machine, indie machine & vintage machine, have been built into their own 16 pad drum kit sample patches for NI Maschine and Reason Kong. The Maschine kits include demo patterns and they have been mixed and group insert FX applied (editable).

Kontakt Drum Machine Players:
Multiple Kontakt instruments for each drum machine have been created with the loops built into custom Kontakt loop playing instruments, featuring four octaves of tempo-synced drum loops per player, assigned to keys that are MIDI and key controllable. 1 bar continuous looping building blocks, full loops on the white keys and drum fills on the black keys allow you to instantly build up original sequences. The keys have even been colour-coded for Komplete Kontrol S-series keyboard users.

Dr Octo Rex Drum Machine Players:
Similar to the Kontakt loop playing instruments, the power of Reason’s Dr Octo Rex and REX2 file system has been harnessed, to build samplers that take advantage of the 1 bar building blocks system to build sequences using MIDI to trigger. 8 loops per Dr Octo Rex sampler, 6 full loops and 2 drum fills.

Kontakt & NN-XT Instruments:
Multiple Kontakt and NN-XT instruments with individual drum one-shots and melodic percs are included. One-shots have been mapped to the keys in individual samplers for each machine.
