The Middle East Essentials series set the goal of capturing the most diverse, high-quality, and unique musical material, making ancient music, sounds and instruments accessible through state of the art sound sampling. The Turkish string sections are known to be some of the best in the world. Their precise sound and feel are like no others and add the Classical-Arabic sound that is so familiar within contemporary Middle Eastern music. For this pack we teamed-up with Istanbul composer and string arranger Samet Uras. Together with his amazing string musicians, we recorded this rare and unusual pack.
