        Luo Tianyi (洛天依) is a Chinese VOCALOID formerly developed by Bplats, Inc. under the YAMAHA Corporation, and was created in collaboration with Shanghai HENIAN.
        On April 16, 2018, an official website, twitter account, YouTube account, Facebook account, and SoundCloud account were launched for Tianyi Japanese. According to the Weibo account’s announcement post, her Japanese package would include 2 voicebanks: Normal and Sweet. Tianyi Japanese was confirmed to be sampled from magesy download two voice providers: Shan Xin and Kano, a Japanese Utaite. It was also announced that the Japanese package would be available for preorder on April 23. On Tianyi Japanese’s official website, it was confirmed that the package was scheduled to release on May 21, 2018 as digital and physical copies.

She was updated to the VOCALOID4 engine in December 2017 and was developed and distributed by Shanghai HENIAN. it was announced that Tianyi’s V4 package would be set for pre-order beginning on October 1 and that a sale would run from magesy download October 1 to October 31. It was confirmed that her V4 update would have two voicebanks: “Méng” (萌; English: Normal; literally “cute” or “moe”) and “Níng” (凝; English: Power; literally: “solid”, “cohesion”, or “gathering strength”).
