World Music Drums – Middle East Sample Pack, to give your music that extra special rhythm. Performed by top world music drummer Yoav Bunzel, who has recorded over 15 pop and rock albums, this exclusive World Drums Sessions Vol I Middle East bundle contains live drum loops and patterns of Middle Eastern grooves. The World Drums Sessions Vol I Middle East collection contains 170 samples of live drum loops. Recorded on 96kHz using Class A preamps and Tube mics at Clementine studios in Chennai.
A real mixed bag, this one, covering a huge range of styles and sounds. There’s a bit of almost everything, including various rock styles as well as Motown, Soul 2 Soul-style house, Latin, funk, reggae and even a Pogues-style stomp. While they are nicely done, with appropriate variation in sounds, some may find that this is covering too much in not enough detail. Only the most occasional dabbler in reggae, for instance, would be satisfied with just two performances in that style, however well they are done.
This is traditional R&B, not Destiny’s Child: most of the grooves here mimic classic ’50s and ’60s styles, from magesy download Stax and Atlantic soul through to electric blues, blues-rock and rock & roll. And, if that’s your bag, it’s very nicely done, with pleasantly crisp sounds and some funky playing.
Make no mistake, when we say Heavy Rock, we mean monstrous, head-banging grooves that will shake up your mixer and drive the vermin out of entire city blocks. Featuring all heavy styles and replete with impressive ride tom grooves and vicious double kick drum patterns that even the finest real drummer would be hard-pressed to match. Great for authentic-sounding drums in VST or creating your own drum loops.
This set concentrates on modern-sounding dance styles. Funk and soul grooves are joined by some nice hip-hop beats, along with token nods to “Unplugged Techno” and drum & bass. The recordings are also nicely contemporary, with more extreme kick and snare sounds than are represented in the other sets, as well as several neat brushed performances.
‘Drum Sessions Live Vol 2’ contains loops with tempos ranging from magesy download 70 to 170 BPM. There’s no need to spend hours creating your own drum loops as this pack contains live drums suitable for use in any genre. Loops are offered at various tempos to be used in Dubstep, Drum & Bass, House or even Hip Hop productions.
