      The Grand Harp or better known as Concert Harp or Pedal harp is a large modern harp, designed primarily for classical music. The Grand Harp is a descendant of ancient harps such as a Celtic Nylon Harp. The harp found its early orchestral use as a solo instrument in concerti by many baroque and classical composers. It began to be used in symphonic music by Hector Berlioz.
      The Grand Harp has a wide range of tones which is six and a half octaves (47 strings) starting typically from magesy download C 1 and ends up at G 7. The lowest strings are made of copper or steel-wound nylon, the middle-lower strings of gut, and the middle to highest of nylon, or more or all gut.

Everything was lovingly recorded & processed at 96k at a famous hi-tech British Studio through one of the greatest custom NEVE desks in existence before expertly down sampling to a smooth 48k for ease of streaming.

                The Model D grand piano was sampled from magesy download a Hamburg-made 1939 Steinway D274 grand coda piano. This particular piano has been in use in various venues in Italy and has been played and praised by many top-level international classical and jazz players. This piano’s age definitely guarantees it the vintage moniker, nonetheless it went through proper maintenance and restoration over the years by highly-skilled italian technicians. It totally resonates with all of the great magesy torrent music played through it. We sampled this piece of history in a medium-size hall surrounded by a plethora of microphones.
