Modern Country Vol.2 picks up where the original left off and contains 15 Massive Kits with country instruments including Banjo, Mandolin, Slide Guitar, Acoustic Guitars, Baritone, Electric Guitars, Bass, Drums (Stereo and 24-bit WAV Multi-Drums) and many more. As part of the Xtended Series, each and every kit also contains multiple song sections (Verse, Chorus, Bridge/Breakdown, Turnaround and Outro) allowing for virtually unlimited options, giving you everything you need to tweak to your hearts content.

We at GGD are elated to introduce One Kit Wonder – a series of drum libraries inspired by the many GGD users who use our drums for songwriting. In the creative process, it’s crucial there is as little time wasted between the moment inspiration strikes, and how important it is to capture and hear your ideas sounding polished and professional as soon as possible, so you stay excited as you develop the ideas further. And this is where One Kit Wonder comes into play – each kit is captured to the same level of detail as our other libraries, BUT they’re also fully mixed and ready to go so you can dive straight into the writing process, with your ideas immediately sounding amazing. This particular kit, One Kit Wonder: Modern Fusion is inspired by contemporary progressive fusion artists, where the music demands a clean and glossy drum sound that nevertheless retains an organic timbre and wide dynamic range. You’ll find the snare and toms are punchy but musical, while the kick can deliver piercing attack or solid thud depending on the dynamic range you utilise. The cymbals are shimmery and hi-fi, but also have an underlying dark complexity and touch-responsiveness.

Michaela’s Celtic Harp is a beautifully crafted sample library for Kontakt 4.2 and above. The full version features three microphone positions including direct input recordings, multiple velocity layers, damped and stopped string samples, and variable speed triplets.

Monolith allows you to layer up to 5 patches to create insanely rich and complex pads, keys, synths, abstract beds, and a whole lot of stuff we can’t even begin to describe. There are 100 sounds to choose from. Each patches’ pan, filter, and pitch can be independently modulated to create ever-evolving motion so your instruments will never be flat or boring. There is a deep effects section with independent controls for each patch.

Horns of the Deep is an extension of our Cine family also recorded at MGM Studios. Consisting of 3 Tubas and 3 Euphonium in unison, it is a simple, warm low brass library. It can be a smooth, sonorous alternative timbre to French Horns, and it can provide warmth and depth in unison with the Trombone section. Horns of the Deep is 3 Tubas and 3 Euphonium performing in unison. The UI features the familiar mixer, microphone positions, EQ, panning, and reverb. The 2 green key switches are for doubled and tripled staccato notes as seen in other libraries. The Mapping Tab allows full customisation of the articulations. By default, the sustain pedal plays monophonic legato transitions. The mod wheel adjusts the dynamics. Without the sustain pedal, velocity controls the dynamics of staccato samples. Also by default, the ACCENT OVERLAY is on to provide an accent to the beginning of legato passages. ACCENTED LEGATO is also on to provide an accent on all subsequent notes within a legato passage. In this case, the velocity threshold that must be met is 100. You may turn these features off and adjust the overlay volume.

Since the samplers has been become more advanced and the Rain Piano still are one of our most popular pianos, we decided to bring it up to date and add some functions in the line of the original ideas. So, we got the original master recordings out, (and they where in 24 bits), made some refinements to them and built the instrument from magesy download scratch. We also added hammerback and pedalnoise samples and release samples. Then we added our True Resonance feature and used Kontakts scripting facilities to make Real Time/True Pedaling, Sympathetic Resonance and some other nifty features, and, Voila: The Rain Piano MkII!
