After 3 years of using the original Clariphonic DSP, I’d compiled quite a list of improvements I wanted to make. So I made them all, and the result is the Clariphonic DSP mkII, modeled from magesy download the ground up by me using all new algorithms and filters. To my ears, the mkII sounds markedly smoother than the original, and it’s considerably more powerful in use. It has 3 modes: classic Stereo, Dual Mono so I can eq each side differently, or Mid-Side for advanced sweetening. I overhauled the GUI as well, it’s a little easier on the eye and a lot easier to use. Between the smoother sound, the 3 operational modes, and the enhanced interface, I’m more proud of this design than any I’ve done to date, and that’s coming from magesy download the guy who recently dropped the Tweaker.

SGA1566 MkII is loosely based on a single channel vintage tube preamplifier with added two-band active Baxandall EQ and stereo processing. To achieve the most authentic analog sound, the whole preamp circuit is simulated in real time using the high performance circuit simulator. The two-band Baxandall EQ can be positioned either before or after the preamp, or be completely taken out of the signal chain. Up to 8x oversampling can be used to eliminate aliasing. In 1876 Thedore Steinway achieved to present the world with the first concert grand piano that had a duplex scale, bent rim case, cupola iron frame and a special action to lift enlarged hammers. When he died in 1889, he left behind a piano design that could hardly be improved upon. The Steinway D is called THE grand piano by both musicians and composers. This allowed me to capture each velocity layer of this perfect instrument with unequalled precision.
