Tattoo, is a drum synthesizer where everything old is new again. Featuring 12 independent “voice-tuned” synthesizer topologies loosely based on the X0X series, and a sophisticated step/mod sequencer, Tattoo is at home in all forms of electronic music production.
Frostbite is a multi-effect plugin featuring Ring Modulator, Feedback, and Freeze modules. It’s aimed at ambience and cinematic music, but can also be used for extreme sonic experiments. The Signal Flow is flexible with 6 different combinations. The Ring Modulator multiplies your input signal with a Sine wave (with frequency up to 4kHz). You can also reduce the high-end with the Low Pass filter. The Feedback module features a delay function (up to 200 samples) which can be modulated by an LFO. The Freeze module features a Freeze effect that can hold the input up to 25 seconds. The Fade Out and High Pass controls can additionally shape the behaviour of the freezed sound.
Styled as virtual 500-Series format modules, the bundle includes the EQ500 and DYN500, channel EQ and dynamics VST plugins. The DYN500 provides soft-knee compression, and a gentle ‘tape saturation’ style overdrive when driven at high levels. The EQ500 provides a versatile three band parametric EQ, using our Analogue Filter Modelling algorithms to accurately replicate a natural sounding analogue filter response without requiring high sample rates or CPU intensive upsampling, allowing more plugin instances in a typical DAW. The FC70 emulates the legendary smooth, effortless dynamic control and uniquely musical character of the classic Fairchild 670 limiter. Modelled using measured data and schematics from magesy download genuine hardware, the FC70 uses a fully balanced design, combined with innovative delay-free feedback topology to emulate the original circuitry. The sidechain includes the fast attack and program dependent release settings of the original, combined with Lateral / Vertical, Independent and Linked stereo channel modes.
The Sonoris Mastering Compressor (SMCP) is a wideband mastering compressor in VST, AU, AAX and RTAS format for Windows and Mac. It is an ultra clean compressor suitable for delicate material. No odd harmonic distortion that can be found in most compressors is present in the SMCP. To reduce residual artifacts the SMCP features upsampling of the audio up to 8 times. Transparency can be further enhanced by selecting auto-release and feedback detection together with two soft knees. If a more aggressive behavior is needed you can for example choose feedforward detection with a harder knee. It can have some “character” if pushed. If needed, the audio can be warmed up with even harmonics with the flip of a switch.
