Betelgeuse is a brand new soundset of 150 patches for u-he’s Zebra2 synth. Betelgeuse is a collection of malevolent, dramatic and damaged sounds. A well balanced blend of organic and synth sounds specially designed for widescreen scores. Betelgeuse is the darkest collection for Zebra2 inspired by the music of Ben Frost (Dark), Hildur Gudnadottir (Chernobyl), Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein (Stranger Things) and Charlie Clouser (Saw). Betelgeuse also uses pitch shifting techniques to bring that slightly unstable and drifting analogue feel. Blood pounding basses and basslines, suspenseful percussion loops, dramatic leads and pads, deep infernal soundscapes, dynamic and intriguing emotive sequences, sinister keys and mallets going out of tune, an amalgam of bizarre noises infused with tension and drama which are a delight for cinematic compositions.

More than only supersaws – discover unsuspected sound facettes of your JP6K. The Experience soundset is loaded with 64 high-end sounds, containing grinding basses, super-fat lead sounds, followed by delightful pads and plucks up to juicy synth sounds. For every trance producer and supersaw fan a real must-have! There are several factors that make the Super Saw in the JP6K different than other synths that provide a similar sound. The original Super Saw from magesy download Roland was aliasing, thus creating a bright and “airy” sound. To prevent the sound from magesy download sounding harsh below the fundamental harmonic, a high pass filter was possibly used to remove the unwanted frequencies. The JP6K uses the same design to achieve that special oscillator waveform giving it a unique tone.
