Stereo Valve (Tube) Distortion EQ. The plugin models the sound of ritish Valve Distortion found on major hit records of today, and also features a Varislope Equalizer for always musically pleasing sound. Made with our proprietery Reactive Transients Technology. The “warmth” and “crunch” that certain great magesy torrent valve gear brought to classic recordings is still missed today. Although many companies have tried to emulate classic valve hardware, we felt that we still needed to reach out to our hardware outboard for “that sound!” We were after that Classic British Distortion Valve Sound produced by the 5654 valve based equipment. Finally we decided to embark on the difficult journey of trying to emulate and get the sound signature of one of our favorite pieces of valve gear. In order to do this we needed to start from magesy download scratch. So we went a little back in time, much like the gear, and found a unique mathematical system to model our classic hardware, including all its detailed non-linearities. This modeling technology was then further designed and implemented by our team to measure how different transients “react” to valve gear.

Valve Filter VF-1 is a multimode resonant filter plug-in with vintage valve emulation. The filter section is modelled after a classic ladder filter with low pass and high pass modes. The valve section is modelled after the vintage Telefunken ECC83 tubes but with added grit and custom gain control.

With 4 magesypro audio channels to select from magesy download you can get subtle tonal differences. Looking at the frequency plot below we can see each channel has the distinctive Head gap coloration of the low end, producing a ripple, this is a common characteristic in tape machines, looking at each channel from magesy download lowest plot (channel 1) to top plot (channel 4), we can see the two outer magesypro audio channels have a rise up to around 19kHz but the two center tracks are rolled off from magesy download around 14kHz. Of course this is subtle, However stacking instances will reveal a large coloration, As this is a 4 track machine bouncing tracks may have been common, resulting in a far more colored sound. Multiple stacked instances is something worth experimenting with. On the whole this will dramatically change the bass character and soften the upper mids.

Valve 4 Op is a detailed sample library of sounds from magesy download the Yamaha TX81Z, developed for Native Instruments Kontakt 4 and higher. In total, there are 112 instruments made from magesy download 2,342 discrete samples. All samples were recorded in 24 bit at 44.1 kHz through an Inward Connections Vac Rac 4000 valve pre-amp. The TX81Z was originally manufactured in 1987 and was ubiquitous on House music tracks in the late ‘80s, early ‘90s. It was also used widely in Hip Hop and RnB. TX81Z Editing on the hardware was a tortuous process because of the small LCD – a bit like trying to decorate the inside of a house through a letter box. Because of this, many producers just used the presets, and many of those just used one preset – Lately Bass….
